What’s in a Holiday Turkey Box?

• One fresh (never frozen), free range and heritage breed turkey. What’s more, we brine the bird in a salt water bath filled with demerarra sugar, garlic, ginger, rum, celery seed, star anise and more good stuff for the best holiday bird you’ve ever roasted.
• Yes, we can SMOKE your turkey for an additional charge.
• 1 lb of Re-Up’s house smoked bacon
• 250ml of house made cranberry sauce
• Beautiful BEETS!
• Organically grown potatoes
• Heirloom squash

Everything you need for Christmas Dinner in one go! Choose the size of your turkey (small, medium, large) and we put together the appropriate amount of additional supplies for the box.

Turkeys are market price per lb (for Christmas 2014 they were $5.75/lb to give you an idea)
Smoked turkeys are an additional $35
Final holiday supply box prices will range from approx. $80 - $190.
